128X-zoom cameras monitor the exterior and interior of the facility. A card reader system is installed at the facility to gain access through the parking lot gate and to all of the equipment rooms. Only authorized personnel are provided access to secured facilities.
An ILC Maxview Earth Station Monitor and Control System (M&C) is installed and operating all equipment at the site. The M&C monitors all aspects of the facility with thresholds set to switch protection facilities online in the event of a problem. The system also monitors environmental facilities to alert the staff to air conditioning and power anomalies.
