  • A 500 KVA Leibert Uninterruptible Power System (UPS) is in place along with backup battery protection
  • Automatic diesel generators with stored fuel will keep the station operating normally for 14 days.
  • Facility Security

  • 128X-zoom cameras monitor the exterior and interior of the facility. A card reader system is installed at the facility to gain access through the parking lot gate and to all of the equipment rooms. Only authorized personnel are provided access to secured facilities.
  • Monitor and Control System

  • An ILC Maxview Earth Station Monitor and Control System (M&C) is installed and operating all equipment at the site. The M&C monitors all aspects of the facility with thresholds set to switch protection facilities online in the event of a problem. The system also monitors environmental facilities to alert the staff to air conditioning and power anomalies.
